"Blair W." is an ultra fine glitter dip inspired by none other than Ellly Kedward, better known as the the Blair Witch. She was exiled from the Blair township back in 1785 for witchcraft, but she rests happily here in this Bewitching collection.
It features a mix of Iridescent Black, and Bright Orange Holo Glitter, thats a stunner in the light
