"It's Birthday, Bish!" is an ultra fine shimmer dip.
It features a Luxe Rosy Pink base color, with a striking Surf Blue Reflective shimmer that catches in the light for a multi-dimensional color-shifting finish.
This dip can also be chromed, and sugared.
