"Samantha Stephens" was a mischievous, but Good Witch living in 1950's-1960's Suburbia. She and her mom used to drive her husband Darren a little nutty, but they were always well intentioned, and I LOVED her.
This Dip has a Black Holographic Fine Glitter Base and features bright, neon-colored Star glitters that are Black-light Reactive.
