"The Count" is a Mixed Media Glitter Dip
This is the dip that almost wasn't! I wasn't sure I loved it after making it. But Elizabeth had to have it, and apparently so do many of you! So it made the cut :) Thank you Elizabeth!
It features a Super Fine Holo Silver Base dip, with chunkier Holo Black Bats mixed in.
