Whatchamacallit is an ultra fine shimmer dip and Topper
It features a bright semi-sheer white base color, with a striking Violet-Fuchsia flash shimmer that catches in the light for a multi-dimensional color-shifting finish.
This dip can also be chromed, and sugared, used as a topper, or mixed with other colors for a cool duality-producing effect
